Experience on Mo;Mo

Our school is on the jouney of ISA .ISA stands for International School Award . It is conducted by british council .There are altogether  there are 12 project out of that we students of the grade 8 got the project no 10 which is MO:MO Making.

Objective 

The main objective of this project is to make us understand the value of food which its making procedures . We were altogether 47 students and 4 teachers (Khem Sir , Deepak Sir, Kamal Sir and Aarati Mam)were involved and working in this project . the Theme of our project is to make MO:MO and distribute to every students, teachers and non teaching staffs of our school . Here are the discription of .Activites .

Orientation class

In this class we were provided the information of the history, importance and benifet

Group Devision

To enhance the leadership, Collaboration  and communication skills our project teachers divided into 4 groups (A,B,C and D)

Feild visit

One of the major pairs of this project is filed visit in local hotel to know about MO:MO we got to know about many things about MO:MO

Amount collection

We collected for amount from nursery to grade 10 students, teacher , non teaching staffs.And almost from 463 members.

Untensils collection

We brought the utensils which we got while the untensils discussion class

Buying ingredients      

Group B and D went for shopping and bought all required ingredients from the collected money.                                                         

                                                         

Cutting vegetables

Group A and C were assigned the task of cutting vegatable so we first washed out the vegatables , peeled out them and cut them into small fine pieces.

Dough making

Firstly we mixed the maida and water in proper propotion in 3 or 4 batas.

Preparation of pickle

We got all the required material till tiffin then we made the pickle.

Perparation of kima

We made chicken kima for non veg and veg kima for veg eaters

Preparation of momo

All the students who know how to kint the momo and the momo was collected all it in the momo maker.

Distribution of MO:MO

The students who were free the distribute the momo to the students and the teachers.

Management of the waste.

Each and everyone worked equal to make it clean. We collected the west and we wasted the utensils.

And the MO:MO which we have made that was also very tasty.

From the amount of money that we have collected from whole school some amount of money it remains.It was seven thousand from that money we decide to buy some laktogine for small children who dont have parents. And from our school also some clothes we gave them.

We went Bal Mandir  to  distribute some clothes and laktogine for small children. We went there Friday. We wore small children there .                                                                                          

Then we distribute laktogine to them.

After that we asked some question and they give us answer about related to children.

Like some examples are;

1. How we adopt them.

2. Do you get any support or help from any government.

3.How do you manage money for their shelter and clothes.

4.How do they get their citizen ship.

5. How do you get food for chidrens.etc

After that we all decide to make international food. And the international food was( Chole Bhature  ) To make it at first collect all the required things for it. And we went to buy it . We brought Aata , Oil , Chana Mashala , Onion , Dhaina , Chana , Chills , Braking pouder, Ghee , paper plates to serve.

 On Febuary 12 we made Chole Bhature. For chole bhature we collect all the things on 11 Febuary.
We all class student made it. On that day we were all were so busy on their work.some of the teachers also help us to make chola bhature . Mainly Arati Mam helps us a lot.With out her it was not possible to do. After we make chole bhature we distribute to all teachers, brother, sister and at last we  also eat it. it was so testy.   While doing this project some of my friends face a lot of problem even we also. But our project was sucessfull and we all were happy also. We got to know about food importance and is value to make it also.

After this project was over we did our presentation. Our some of the group members did it .There were all together 4 groups 2 of boyes and 2 of girls. But we make two groups we put all the boyes and girls in same group. In one group there were group A and D and in another group there were group B and C.All of the group members didnt do presentation only 6 members did it from one group. Our presentation also was nice.
